Total North American rail volumes were down 5.1% year over year in week 34 (U.S. -3.3%, Canada -10.3%, Mexico -8.0%), resulting in quarter to date volumes that are down 8.4% and year to date volumes that are down 11.2% (U.S. -11.9%, Canada -8.6%, Mexico -10.7%)
