The pullback followed Friday\u2019s rally to the highest levels since late July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OPEC+ is expected to confirm a 137,000 bpd production hike for November at its meeting this weekend, part of its pivot to reclaim market share. At the same time, crude shipments from Iraq\u2019s Kurdistan region resumed for the first time in 2\u00bd years, with flows to Turkey\u2019s Ceyhan port running near 150,000\u2013160,000 bpd and potentially climbing to 230,000 bpd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week\u2019s 4% rally on Ukrainian drone strikes against Russian energy assets faded as traders refocused on the looming supply overhang. Analysts said the resumption of Kurdish exports, paired with OPEC+\u2019s steady hikes, reinforced a softening fundamental outlook despite ongoing geopolitical tensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pflpetroleum.com\/reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Petroleum_Daily-9292025.pdf\" download>On Mobile?
