OPEC+ producers unexpectedly announced they would delay the upcoming meeting on production cuts, raising questions about global crude supplies. The meeting was postponed from Nov. 26<sup>th<\/sup> to Nov 30<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 U.S. crude oil inventories rose by 8.7MM\/bbls last week on higher imports. The U.S. dollar bounced back from a 2-1\/2-month low after economic data showed lower unemployment claims. WTI traded down $.67 to close at $77.10.
