A US probe into Russian oil sanctions also raised concerns about potential supply disruptions. The US Treasury department sent notice to ship management companies for information on 100 vessels it suspects of violating western sanctions on Russian oil. WTI traded up $1.09 or 1.4% to close at $78.26. Brent traded up $1.09 or 1.3% to close at $82.52.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pflpetroleum.com\/reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Petroleum_Daily11132023.pdf\" download>On Mobile?
