Brent crude futures rose 23 cents, \u00a0to settle at US$93.93 per barrel.\u00a0 Both contracts gained about four per cent week over week and Oil prices are on track for their biggest quarterly increase since Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine in the first quarter of 2022. \u201cSupply growth from the U.S. appears to be limited as producers there have taken drilling activity down nearly 20 per cent from last year\u2019s peak.\u201d \u2013 \u00a0according to Third Bridge analyst Peter McNally.\u00a0 North American RIG count was up 17 RIGS week over week but down by 143 RIGS year over year!\u00a0 Hopefully the Biden Administration doesn\u2019t get any bright ideas to drain the SPR to try and control prices but you never know \u2013 it worked so well the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pflpetroleum.com\/reports\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Petroleum_Daily9152023.pdf\" download>On Mobile?
